I have spent 20+ years at the intersection of life sciences and technology, as a senior consultant at some of the world's top strategy firms (BCG, PwC, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants), as a technology leader at leading global pharmaceutical companies, and now as co-founder of a pharma safety analytics company and Managing Director of Cherian & Company.

In strategy consulting, I built board-level business cases, including a $300M case that enabled a global medical device company's expansion into data-driven care services, delivered large-scale merger integrations with eight-figure synergies, and defined enterprise technology roadmaps for Fortune 100 organizations across R&D, commercial, manufacturing, and support functions. In industry, I led the development of one of the first AI/ML platforms applied to pharmacovigilance at a leading global pharmaceutical company, delivering $10M+ in annual savings, stood up a Center of Excellence to sustain and scale that capability, and guided a global team through three successive mergers totaling $30B+ in deal value. Along the way I built academic partnership programs engaging 100+ graduate students at leading research universities, redesigned global organizations, and developed talent pipelines that produced dozens of senior leaders.
